How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse for your product using our categories from the top menu. Once you have found your product, choose the desired option(s) (if any), then add the product to your shopping cart.

When you have finished ordering, proceed to ‘Checkout’ and follow the instructions to finalise your order.

Is your website secure?

How do you ship out my order?

Once your order is placed online, we will process and prepare your goods to be shipped by a courier.

We have various warehouse locations so we will use the most effective and fastest method possible to your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be processed, packed and then shipped out from one of our warehouses within 48 hours using a courier. It will then generally take between 2 – 14 days to arrive at your location, depending on where you are.

If you’d like to know a more precise estimate, do not hesitate to ask us!

Due to these challenging times with COVID-19, we are seeing an increased demand for some products, and experiencing difficulty or delays in sourcing others. Where these situations occur, we will work to get these products to you as soon we can. Where products you have ordered are out of stock or we expect a delay, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

What do you charge for shipping?

Postage will depend on your order, and will show when you click checkout. You can return to your cart from this point if you wish to amend your order or continue shopping. All orders over $200.00 are shipped out completely free of charge.

What happens if my order is taking too long?

Once we ship out your order and its on its way, you will be alerted of its status. However, if your order doesn’t arrive during the indicated time-frame, please let us know and we will further investigate.

Please understand that it is normal for delays to occur during busy times and the holiday period. If you order is running late, we ask that you wait an extra 7 days just to be safe.

How do I return an order ?

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the problem.

If we agree to provide you with a refund or exchange, you will need to send back the order before we can process your refund or have another item sent to you.

The shipping and any costs involved are the purchaser’s responsibility (unless any other arrangements have been made).

I received my order, but it's not what I expected

When you do receive you order and for some reason it is not what you expected please let us know immediately.

If the product is faulty, is the incorrect model or simply is not functioning as expected, we will gladly exchange or refund your order.

How do I ask for a refund?

We are more than happy to provide a refund in the following circumstances: your item received is faulty or damaged, is the wrong model, style or colour, or if your item never arrives.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your request and we’ll have it processed. We will ask for certain details such as photos for evidence purposes. We do not refund for change of mind requests, however we will offer an exchange or credit provided the item is returned unopened and in its original packaging.

How do I return my order?

If your order isn’t up to standard because of one of the reasons above, you’ll be able to have it sent back for a refund or to exchange it for another product we offer.

To lodge a request to return your item(s), simply send us your details by contacting us.

We will process your return request within 3 – 5 working days. Kindly understand that any shipping fees are the buyers responsibility (unless other arrangements are made).
